Wolfe Property Management is owned and operated by April Wolfe, a committed property manager, and broker. She was born and raised a fourth-generation Humboldt County resident, giving her a valuable understanding of the local market. She was in hotel management for over 20 years with an emphasis in accounting. This experience made transitioning into property management a very smooth transition for her. She has been in the real estate business now for numerous years and has built her business on referrals.

Being a small business allows for personal, hands-on concierge service. Mitchell Monge

Mitchell Monge was born and raised in Humboldt County. He attended Arcata High School, before obtaining a degree in finance from Oregon State University. Mitchell previously worked in commercial real estate sales for Marcus and Millichap in Portland, Oregon. Mitchell has been working in property management for two years, and has an acute understanding for residential real estate.

Currently, Mitchell also does radio broadcasting for College of the Redwoods football, Cal Poly Humboldt basketball, and occasionally the Humboldt Crabs. He also coaches youth basketball at Sunny Brae Middle School. In his free time, Mitchell enjoys golfing and taking advantage of all Humboldt has to offer.
